Our Thoughts On The Population Of Torrevieja Spain
During our time in Torrevieja Spain, we were surprised by the amount of nationalities we came across in this small Spanish city.
We researched the area before arriving and read that there was a large Eastern European population in the region.
It was only until we arrived and started speaking to the locals that we realised just how big the Ukrainian and Russian communities were in Torrevieja.
We have come across all walks of life during our time here and everybody has been extremely welcoming.
The parks are filled with children (even in the winter) and there is a real community spirit.
Would we raise our kids here? Yes!
Is it safe and friendly? Yes!
Torrevieja ticks all the boxes, its warm, welcoming and clean!
